What's the minimum ad spend to work with you? +
We typically work best with brands spending at least €5,000/month on paid media. Below that threshold, our management fee represents a disproportionate share of your total spend, which limits what we can do. If you're not there yet, we're happy to advise on how to get there first.
Do you require long-term contracts? +
No. All our retainers are month-to-month with a 30-day notice period. We don't believe in locking clients in — if we're not delivering, you shouldn't have to stay. Our 94% client retention is a result of performance, not paperwork.
How long before I see results? +
In most cases, you'll see measurable improvement within the first 30 days — either in ROAS, CPA, or lead volume. We don't use "the algorithm needs time to learn" as an excuse. Our onboarding process is designed to move fast without cutting corners.
Will I have a dedicated account manager? +
Every client works directly with senior specialists — not a junior account manager who relays messages. Žanna, Mika, and Elina work directly on client accounts. We cap our client list at 15 active brands to ensure this stays true as we grow.
Do you manage ad creative, or just media buying? +
Creative strategy is included in our Growth Partner and Revenue Engine plans. We write hooks, develop creative concepts, brief UGC creators, and test systematically. If you have an in-house creative team, we'll work with them. If you don't, we build the creative engine for you.
We've had bad experiences with agencies before. Why is Zanna Empire different? +
Most agencies overpromise, understaff your account, and blame the platform when results don't materialize. We limit client volume intentionally, give you direct access to the people running your campaigns, and share a weekly report that shows exactly what we did and why. If something isn't working, we tell you — before you have to ask.
Are you GDPR-compliant? Can you invoice in EUR? +
Yes and yes. We're an EU-registered company (zannaempire OÜ, Reg. 17416578) with a valid EU VAT number (EE102946774). We invoice in EUR and can provide proper documentation for any EU company's accounting. GDPR compliance and EU-standard data handling are built into how we operate.
